I am writing to thank you for your assistance in repairing my car. Your help is life
Saving to me and will be remembered gratefully every time I go to my doctor, or even the
Grocery store.
I am a 58 year old mother of 4 and grandmother of eight. I was diagnosed with
MS in '93. In Feb. '96, I had surgery for a cerebral aneurysm. I've been on a wheelchair
since '98.As if that wasn't enough, I had to have a mastectomy. { My sister (a year older
than me ) had a double mastectomy exactly 2 months before my surgery. Fortunately, her
cancer was not invasive and she is doing well.
I was amazed when I heard it was a horse club that was helping me. Horses have
always been a part of my life.
When my brother was @ 5, he jumped out of his 2nd story bedroom window to
land on his horse ( like Hop along Cassidy). Problem was - he had no horse ... he wasn't
hurt, he's tough.
Later, we had a 17 hand palomino. (Same brother) was racing against his friend.
They came to a fence and the other horse jumped right over it. Ours stopped dead! (He
was a barrel racer, not ajumper.) My brother flew over Chet's head and landed on his
butt on the barbed wire fence. I'm not sure what was hurt more- his butt, or his pride.
Anyway, I used to ride every day, and loved it. At one point, my dad's friend was
going to train me (4'8", 72Ibs.) to be his jockey. Tragically, the race horse broke his leg
before my training could begin.
Back to the original subject ... Thank you so much for your help! Your were the
answer to my prayers.

Sincerely,
Maryjane Brennan
